- All show quality rabbits are sold without any known DQ’s at the time of the sale but there is no guarantee they will win.
- Once a rabbit leaves our rabbitry, it is your responsibility. We will not be held accountable for vet bills.
- If there is a specific rabbit you are looking for (example: chocolate Tan doe), we can put you on our waiting list. There is no deposit required for the waiting list. When the rabbit you are interested in becomes available, you will be given first option to purchase the rabbit. If you would like to pass on that rabbit then you will be given first option to purchase the next rabbit and so on and so on.
- Rabbits not on a waiting list are sold on a first come first serve basis after waiting list. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold any rabbit. Deposits can be made via PayPal. Contact me for PayPal info. Deposit will only be refunded if we cancel the sale.
- Payment in full can be made via PayPal or Cash.
- Transport to any rabbit show we are attending is free, with the exception of to ARBA Convention (see ARBA Convention Sales Policy below). Transport other than to shows we are attending is the purchaser’s responsibility. We will communicate with transporters for everything needed on our end.
- All rabbits will come with a complete pedigree and any legs the rabbit has won.
- We reserve the right to refuse a sale to anyone we decide or can decide to terminate a sale at any time during the sales process if we determine necessary.
